Shipping Policy

Most orders are custom made when ordered. We generally ship standard products within 5 – 10 business days.

Shipping of Special Orders will be handled on a case by case basis as the orders are placed. For Special Order shipping and delivery times, please discuss with our customer service agent at time of order.

Shipping courier and method will be selected by JBMbio based on the most cost-effective shipping rate for your package size, package weight, and destination. If you have a shipping method preference please discuss this with JBMbio when you place your order.

Expedited shipping may be available for some products. Please discuss any expedited shipping needs at the time of placing your order.

Delivery times will vary depending upon your package size, package weight, destination, and method of shipment.

Items that are over certain weight limitations or oversized may require a surcharge calculated in correlation to the specific weight and size of the product. Certain items may require ground shipping, including hazardous, flammable and oversized items.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Duties and Taxes

International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns.

Missing & Lost Packages

If a package shows as having been delivered to your address, but is missing, you must report the lost to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with the carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if/when stock is available.

JBMbio is not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
